Welcome to the our 15th Anniversary "Greening the Garden City" celebration held on April 29, 2006. This fundraiser for the Green Decade honored Beverly Droz, our president for the past 5 years, who did such outstanding work in growing our organization. The event included a silent auction, live music by Juliet Lloyd, and food and beverages at the New Art Center in Newtonville.
All proceeds from donations and the silent auction will benefit The Green Decade/Newton, to help improve Newton´s environmental performance and educate citizens, businesses and public agencies about environmental solutions.
